READ ME - Q Element Support Test 1: 3 Linked Documents

XHTML1 Strict Use of the attribute "cite" of the Q element, as defined 
in HTML 4.01/XHTML 1.0 Strict:

   * [http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd]

The main document is "binding.html"; the other documents are primary 
sources, marked-up so as to allow pinpoint targetting of the source 
from the quotes marked with the Q element.

Since this is a conforming suite of documents, i have used the "cite"
attribute defined for the Q and BLOCKQUOTE elements to point directly 
to the source of each quote in context.

Emphatic or ironic use of quotations is marked-up using the EM element
with the following style rules:

     em.air-quote:before { content: open-quote }
     em.air-quote:after { content: close-quote }
