While Excite claims to have the most extensive database of URLs on the web, what is indisputable is that the Excite search results are quite exhaustive... so too can be scrolling through as much as three or four screens to get to the results of one's search, but believe me, it is worth it... to bypass all of the advertising and introductory material, use your browser's search/find feature to locate the word 'top'--this will bring you to the begining of the search results display...
